Your Work Environment

You'll be part of the Esher cluster, covering areas like Esher, Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, and more. Enjoy the freedom of being out on the road, working through a clearly planned schedule of appointments—no emergency callouts, just organized, pre-booked work!

What to Expect

• Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, and you'll be responsible for:


• Routine servicing


• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment


• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop


• Providing member advice and recommendations


• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards


• With SMR, you'll have the time and tools to deliver quality work without the stress of reactive breakdowns.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)


• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles


• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
