Full Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Mobile Facilities Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of multiple sites. This role combines hands-on coordination with administrative support, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and customer service at all times., The Mobile Facilities Assistant plays a key role within the Facilities Management team, acting as a central point of contact for day-to-day facilities activities. You will support contractor management, compliance tasks and site administration, while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders. This is a varied, fast-moving role that requires strong organisation, clear communication and a flexible approach to site-based work., Support contractor visits across multiple sites
- Ensure security procedures are followed on site
- Deliver inductions for staff and contractors, including H&S
- Log and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance visits
- Monitor compliance with HSEQ and environmental standards
- Support statutory checks such as fire safety and water hygiene
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Provide general administrative support to the facilities team
- Support the Area Facilities Manager with regular tasks
Experience working in a facilities or site-based environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems and prioritise tasks
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Able to meet required security and compliance checks, Disability Confident
