Mobile Fabric Engineer

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will provide mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites, covering the Northeast region based around the Leeds area.

Role Responsibilities:

-Deliver basic planned maintenance across the region.

-Undertake all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.

-Ensure you are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.

-Answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.

Full, current driving licence.

-Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a construction or similar environment.

-Qualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds.

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
