Full Job Description
We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.45Position Type: PermanentEmployment Type: Full TimeTotal Weekly Contractual Hours: 40 hours Shift Pattern: Monday to SaturdayLocation: Northampton, Northamptonshire, England NN1 1SP
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
-Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
-Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
-Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
-Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.
Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
-Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
-Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
-Ability to follow schedules and lead a team effectively.
-Self-driven, open, and committed to continuous improvement.
