Full Job Description
Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced and dedicated Mobile Cleaner to assist in the delivery of a high-quality cleaning service across three Extra Care facilities in Hull. You will be joining our Total FM Cleaning Team based at our Extra Care Facilities in Hull HU3 / HU6 / HU7. Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors. We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently - helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will work closely with the site teams and the Facilities Manager to ensure all planned and reactive cleaning tasks are completed within required timescales. To ensure a welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors to a high standard throughout the units.,
- Carry out daily, periodic and deep-cleaning tasks across three sites, ensuring all work meets the required standards.
- Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely, reporting any faults immediately and ensuring items are maintained to a required standard Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables and report low stock levels, where required.
- Carry out site audits and report areas of improvement to the Facilities Manager and Contract Manager.
- Work in line with all statutory requirements, including COSHH and Manual Handling.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests and rectify as required within contractual timescales.
- Utilising a company vehicle to travel safely between sites, when required.
- Flexibility to cover colleagues' absence due to annual leave and sickness, which may include weekends and Bank Holidays
