Mobile BMS Service Engineer

Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Birmingham and the surrounding areas on a full-time basis. • Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns and participating in a reactive call-out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on-call availability and attendance.
• Continuous Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to recommend system enhancements, preparing thorough reports and clear cost estimates & quotes for system enhancements.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS
• Knowledge and experience of at least one of the following (additional training can be provided depending on the area requirements at a later date):
+ Trend + Tridium + Distech + Siemens + Niagara
• Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment
• Full UK Driving Licence
• BPSS vetting
