technical support and mentorship to Engineers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service partners Manage jobs and service records accurately through CAFM systems Promote high standards of Health & Safety and compliance Assist with quotations and delivery of reactive works and small projects Support team development and continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to expand services within existing and new client accountsWhat We're Looking For Strong experience in Air Conditioning service delivery within commercial environments Proven knowledge of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault finding on various systems Experience supervising Engineers and subcontractors Good understanding of Health & Safety and compliance standards Experience with CAFM or service management systems Strong client-facing and communication skills, F-Gas Category 1 qualification or equivalent is essentialDesirable Qualifications Supervisory or team leadership experience in
