Mobile Air Conditioning / Multi-Skilled Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to work with a range of Mitie clients by maintaining new and existing air conditioning, UPS, generators, as well as general building services. Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services
• Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems
• Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding
• Effectively prioritise your own workload
• Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
• Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work
  
  Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
• Physically able to carry out the full duties detailed in the job description
• Full UK driving licence
• Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
