Preaching and teaching regularly on Sunday and other weekly services
Supervising the music and singing ministry in the Church
Responsible for training programmes and other activities aimed at congregational development and advancement
Handling Church planting project expansion
Providing pastoral care and support to new converts
Conducting prayer sessions, bible study and counselling
Organising on a regular basis, in liaison with the Senior Pastor, evangelism and other programmes and initiatives for Church growth aimed at helping the Church to carry out the great commission and the fivefold ministry of the New Testament
Carrying out community-based outreaches and visitations
In liaison with other Ministers, to coordinate House Fellowship services
Engaging in other ministerial activities and duties, including but not limited to marriage blessings, naming and burial ceremonies, as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Senior Pastor and/or the Church
