Minibus Driver

We are seeking a dependable and caring Minibus Driver to join our community transport team. You will provide an essential service supporting individuals to travel safely to and from our Day Centre Hubs (with a Transport Escort present).

Key Responsibilities Drive adapted minibuses safely, ensuring passenger comfort at all times Assist passengers from their homes to the vehicle and back Conduct daily safety checks and report any faults Maintain cleanliness and condition of the vehicle Deliver excellent, friendly customer service Report any health or wellbeing concerns regarding passengersWhat Were Looking For Full D1 or PCV driving licence (required) Experience of driving larger vehicles A caring, patient, and reliable approach Confident communication skills Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs Knowledge of Southampton and surrounding areas (preferred)Additional requirements Right to work in the UK (We are unable to offer CoS) Candidates must live within the local area Willingness to undertake a DBS check Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhy join us?
