Milwaukee Field Marketing Executive

Milwaukee, Techtronic Industries' (TTI) flagship professional brand, leads the way and we are looking for ambitious graduates from any degree discipline to join our Leadership Programme as Field Marketing Executives this Autumn. The opportunity As a Graduate Field Marketing Executive (FME), you'll manage your own territory and act as a Milwaukee brand ambassador. No two days will be the same as you build relationships with customers, drive sales growth, deliver product demonstrations and support marketing activity across your territory. Vacancies currently exist within the North West. Whilst home will be your base, this is a field-based role and you'll travel around your territory most days. Carlisle, Lancaster, Preston, Oldham, Chester or Liverpool might be ideal home bases, however, there is flexibility on where you live within the region as long as you are well placed to cover your territory. What you'll be doing

• Building strong relationships with trade and retail customers
• Managing and developing accounts across your territory
• Driving sales growth and increasing market share
• Delivering hands-on product demonstrations and training
• Supporting merchandising and raising in-store brand awareness
• Representing Milwaukee at trade events and exhibitions
• Increasing brand awareness across key customer channels
• Developing commercial awareness, sales expertise and leadership skills
  
  Hands-on practical experience is valuable. However, you will receive structured training, mentoring and a clear development path from day one., Confident communicators and relationship builders
• Self-motivated, organised and proactive
• Positive, resilient and eager to learn
• Practical, hands-on and commercially minded
• Ambitious and motivated by career progression
• A 2:2 degree or above in any subject
• A full UK driving licence (including manual vehicles and a maximum 3 points)
• The permanent right to work in the UK
• To be based within, or willing to relocate to, your chosen territory
