We'd love to see:Experience delivering end-to-end change or complex projectsSkills in service design, process improvement or project managementStrong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication and storytelling skillsConfidence with digital tools and problem solvingExperience with analysis (process, gap or requirements)Ability to develop others and take ownership when change isn't landingDesirable familiarity with frameworks such as ADKAR, Scrum or Waterfall.On placement you'll also have a dedicated business mentor, opportunities to meet senior leaders, and plenty of support to settle into your role

This programme is designed to support you as you transition into a new career. Whether you're leaving the Armed Forces or finishing an elite sporting career, we welcome the experience, discipline and resilience you bring. You'll gain hands on experience in a FTSE100 organisation, receive tailored support, and join a community that values who you are and what you can offer. We have five placement roles available, and the Change Delivery Manager role is one of them
What you'll do:
As a Change Delivery Manager, you'll work at pace, learn fast and contribute to meaningful transformation work across Centrica. It's an exciting role and no two days will be the same
During your placement, you will:Work within our Transformation Team on strategic change initiativesDevelop, own and implement change management approachesConvert approaches into a comprehensive change plan that includes communications, engagement, and training needs to enable maximum adoptionProvide regular and impactful updates, insights, and recommendations using a range of toolsTranslate technical or complex transformation concepts into clear, accessible messagingFacilitate effective engagement sessions e.g. workshops, briefings, market stalls, to support change awareness and buy-inSupport teams in developing the capability and confidence needed to operate new processes, systems, or behavioursPartner with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate change activitiesBuild strong networks across the businessCreate and maintain change artefacts (e.g. impact logs, readiness assessments, risk logs, stakeholder maps, Value Realisation Plan)Live our values: Courage, Care, Delivery,

This placement is open to:Military Service Leavers: leaving the Forces or within the 2-year CTP window after service at applicationElite Athletes: international competition experience and/or professional UK sports experience within the last 3 yearsWe recognise excellence: We want you to feel included, supported and able to succeed.
