Midday Supervisor

This is so much more than simply supervising lunch - you'll be an important part of our school community, helping children make the most of their break, supporting positive friendships and creating a safe, fun environment where everyone can enjoy themselves.,

• Supervise children during lunchtime and playtime, both indoors and outdoors.
• Help create a fun, safe and positive playground environment.
• Encourage children to play together, develop friendships and resolve minor disagreements.
• Support children during meal times, promoting positive lunchtime routines.
• Keep a watchful eye on children's wellbeing and safety.
• Organise and encourage fun playground activities and games.
• Be a friendly, approachable and positive role model for our pupils.
• Work closely with school staff to ensure children have a happy and enjoyable lunchtime.
