This is an exciting role, working on a strategic initiative to bring production closer to the UK, and the Test and React team is at the heart of it. This role is all about improving how we plan and buy, making sure our systems and processes are set up to support a more responsive, end-to-end supply chain.

  • Work closely with Senior Product Managers to help drive the vision and strategy for the product area.
  • Use a combination of conviction, data, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunity areas and build your roadmap.
  • Champion an agile approach to develop products and features, all with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Be forward in sharing learnings, failures and what not to design and build as a result of your tests.
  • Regularly update stakeholders about the performance of your product area and use this as a backdrop for product recommendations or decisions.
  • Be the go-to person for one of our awesome engineering teams, covering everything from the product strategy to the detail of a user story.
  • Engage with other product managers and designers at ASOS to achieve results and learn from each other.

The desire to drive both delivery and discovery processes.
  • A curious mind that enables you to self-learn about new customer problem areas or opportunities.
  • Experience working with data - comfortable using analytics and SQL.

  • Experience collaborating with product design, engineering teams and insights (and beyond!) to successfully get your products to market.
  • A skill of taking people on a journey as we instil a product mindset across ASOS.
