Full Job Description

  • Leading the end-to-end testing function across D365 CE and D365 BC
  • Managing, mentoring and growing a team of Test Analysts and Test Engineers
  • Defining test strategy, test plans, processes and quality standards
  • Overseeing functional, integration, regression and UAT cycles
  • Working closely with project managers, architects and functional consultants
  • Ensuring defects are identified, tracked and resolved efficiently
  • Supporting release management and ensuring smooth deployments
  • Driving continuous improvement across testing tools, automation and processes
  • Acting as the key point of contact for all testing activity across CE and BC projects

  • Cloud, We are a growing Microsoft Partner looking for an experienced D365 Test Lead to join our remote team in the UK. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will lead and manage the testing function across both D365 CE and D365 BC, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. We offer a remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy, as well as the opportunity to build and grow a high-performing team while driving best practices across the Dynamics estate.

    Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst within D365 (CE, BC or both)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a test team
  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and/or BC processes, integrations and customisations
  • Experience defining test strategy, governance and quality frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with test planning, execution and defect management
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, structured and confident working in a fast-paced partner environment
