Microsoft 365 Copilot Benefits and Adoption Lead

Are you passionate about helping people get real value from digital tools? We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Copilot Benefits and Adoption Lead to shape safe, consistent and evidence-led adoption across Berkshire Healthcare. You will work with staff, services, Finance, governance and senior leaders to understand how Copilot is being used, measure its impact and turn learning into practical recommendations for future investment and rollout., In this role you will:

• Engage with Copilot users through interviews, workshops, surveys and service reviews to understand benefits, barriers and support needs.
• Develop and maintain the Trust's Copilot benefits framework and benefits register, using evidence to assess productivity, staff experience, service improvement and financial value.
• Identify high-value use cases, adoption gaps and practical actions that will improve confidence and responsible use.
• Lead the Copilot adoption and benefits workstream, coordinating priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery across services and specialist teams.
• Produce case studies, reports, business cases, options appraisals and recommendations for governance groups and senior leaders.
