Full Job Description
- Lead the site's MI function, ensuring the delivery of accurate reporting, analytics and business insight
- Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting suites and data visualisation tools to support operational performance
- Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, providing recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making
- Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, finance, HR and customer teams to understand reporting requirements and drive performance improvements
- Establish robust data governance, reporting standards and continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Do you have the expertise to transform complex operational data into meaningful insight that drives business performance? Can you build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing the reporting and analysis needed to support key decision-making? Are you passionate about creating a data-driven culture where insight, innovation and continuous improvement underpin operational success?, Previous experience in an MI Manager, Reporting Manager, BI Manager or senior analytical role - Advanced analytical skills with strong experience of reporting, data modelling and performance management
- Experience creating and developing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
