Full Job Description

To provide line management and clinical leadership to an identified team within the CAMHS Care Hub. The postholder will provide leadership and development of a multi-disciplinary team ensure effective service delivery of clinical pathways. To lead in accordance with trust policies procedures and values.To be accountable to the Operational Manager for the performance management of the team and the quality of the work undertaken.To have oversight and manage supervision for team members undertaking clinical interventions such as assessment and a range of interventions/managing caseloads.,

  • Undertake responsibility for the line management of a multi-disciplinary team.o To be part of the senior leadership team within CAMHS/MHST.o Ensure team compliance with relevant Trust policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.o To hold regular team meetings and develop the team.o Overall responsibility of day-to-day organisation of staff and work priorities of the team.o Responsible for patient flow within the team considering capacity and demand within the team.o Work with clinical leaders to determine prioritisation of allocation of work.
