About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MHHS Business Analyst to join our team. In this key role, you will help ensure Energy Assets is operationally ready for the new Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) Marketplace. Reporting to the Industry Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in developing business process documentation, coordinating system changes, managing system testing, and producing Local Working Procedures. This role supports the accurate and timely processing of industry appointments, upholds data integrity, and delivers critical reporting to maintain operational performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and industry regulations
- Keep MHHS-related documentation up to date with industry changes
- Develop operational processes and training materials for staff
- Generate daily and weekly performance and operational reports
- Investigate data anomalies and implement corrective actions
- Analyse and validate data sets to ensure accuracy in reporting and billing
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders
- Deliver high standards of customer service with a commercial mindset
- Utilise Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel - for data analysis and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-centric and commercially aware approach
- Understanding of energy sector regulations and data standards (desirable)
