Mergers and Acquisition Associate Director

We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Deal Services team. We are looking to strengthen our M&A team and grow the execution and origination capabilities and as such this role will be key in achieving our ambitions. You'll make an impact by:

• Leading engagement processes from start to finish.
• Leading deal teams and supporting with local team management.
• Liaising with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors during execution of transactions.
• Overseeing the production of deal documentation including IMs, Teasers, Buyer Research packs, exit papers, Heads of Terms etc.
• Researching, preparing and supporting presentations / sales pitches for new business.
• Relationship building with potential clients and intermediaries (private equity houses, banks and corporates).
• Leading origination capabilities.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
• M&A experience in the order of 43-5 years PQE.
• Experience of working on transactions including private equity
• A track record of working on buy-side and sell-side, as well as finance raising.
• Strong numerical, financial and modelling skills based on a well-developed understanding of financial statements.
