We offer hybrid working between your home and our functional space based in our Wigmore Street office in Central London.

About the role
Our Merchandising Administrators play a key role in supporting the successful trading of the Home category, helping to ensure the right products are available in the right place at the right time. Working closely with Buyers, Merchandisers, Suppliers and Store teams, you'll contribute to the smooth management of stock across a varied and fast-moving product portfolio.
You'll be responsible for a broad range of merchandising administration tasks, including maintaining accurate product and stock data in D365, supporting Auto Replenishment processes, raising purchase orders, coordinating inter-store transfers and monitoring stock availability. You'll also make regular use of Excel to analyse data, maintain reporting accuracy and support day-to-day trading activity. In addition, you'll assist in the production of sales, stock and OTB reports, support promotional activity and markdown processes, and help identify opportunities and risks through regular analysis of trading performance.
Working within a collaborative and commercially focused team, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of the merchandising function while developing a strong understanding of how stock management drives sales and customer satisfaction.
