Mercedes-Benz Sales Executive

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the brand - delivering a seamless, personalised experience that reflects the craftsmanship and innovation behind every vehicle. Your duties will include:

• Delivering a premium, personalised sales experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them through the full sales journey
• Presenting vehicles confidently, conducting test drives, and showcasing product features and technology
• Managing enquiries efficiently through digital, telephone and showroom channels
• Achieving sales targets across new and approved-used vehicles, finance, insurance and value-added products
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA and brand standards.
  
  Have a proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles
• Demonstrate strong influencing skills, with the confidence to convert enquiries into sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
• Are polished, articulate and naturally engaging
• Show professionalism and a commitment to adhere to processes and procedures
