MEP Project Manager

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (Basic) + Benefits We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our growing team based in Waterloo. This role will involve managing projects typically valued between £300k and £1.5m, delivering high-quality building services solutions across a range of commercial environments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of MEP projects, with a particular emphasis on BMS installations and upgrades Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers Ensure seamless integration of BMS with wider building systems and network infrastructure Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget Maintain compliance with industry standards
  
  health & safety regulations, and quality procedures Requirements Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager, ideally within BMS-focused projects Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plant systems In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) Experience with network integration and smart building technologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Desirable Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services) Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments Familiarity with leading BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider) What's on Offer Competitive basic salary (£70k-£80k) 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Pension scheme Private healthcare Car allowance Opportunity to work on technically challenging, high-value projects Career
