Full Job Description
- Recruit and train volunteer mentors from industry/the wider community
- Recuit and train individuals who are care experienced and match them to identified young people to help prepare them for independence
- Have a particular focus on Children in Our Care, Care Leavers and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those not in education, employment or training. The programme will provide positive role models to develop social and cultural capital, problem solving and raise awareness of and link the young people to wider services, networks, local career opportunities (experiences of work, employment and apprenticeships).
