Mental Health Support Worker

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day is different. You'll support individuals both at home and in the community, encouraging independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Building positive and meaningful relationships
• Supporting people to achieve personal goals and develop life skills

• Supporting with shopping, appointments, and daily living tasks
• Promoting mental wellbeing, confidence, and independence
• Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
