Do you enjoy making a meaningful difference in people's lives and supporting individuals to build confidence and independence?

As a Mental Health Support Worker in one of our Intermediate Hostels, you'll provide practical, emotional, social and housing related support to people with complex mental health needs. Working in a person-centred way, you'll help clients build confidence, develop independent living skills, and manage their mental and physical health more independently.

You'll also offer one-to-one support, take on key working responsibilities and contribute to the smooth running of the Service.

Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding responsibilities, including identifying, responding to, and escalating concerns.

Experience of working with people with complex mental health needs

Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of ways with different stakeholders

Someone who can work flexibly on a 24/7 rota, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.
