Full Job Description
As the Local Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, recovery, and wellbeing. You will lead a team of support staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders., Provide strong, values-led leadership to the service team Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred support Oversee support planning, risk management, and service user outcomes Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, Sanctuary Group encourages and welcomes applications from people from diverse backgrounds to support our commitment to offering an inclusive environment for our employees and customers. We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary in the event of a successful application which we will pay for. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is committed to delivering high-quality mental health support. Essential: Minimum of 12 months' experience in a management role within health or social care Excellent understanding of acute mental health conditions and recovery-focused approaches Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to manage teams and drive service quality Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory requirements Desirable: Qualification or background as a Mental Health Practitioner (e.g. RMN, Social Worker, OT) Are you ready to be your best?
