Full Job Description

The post holder will be a senior member of the team working with service users across the Strategic Service Units who have a common and severe mental health. The purpose of this role is to: Provide assessment and implementation of evidence-based interventions for service users who are experiencing common, acute mental health and longer-term recovery needs. Optimise the service users ability to remain in the community and / or be cared for in the least restrictive environment in line with the principles or recovering and social inclusion and the 10 essential capabilities. Support clinical governance initiatives at ward / hospital level e.g. Essence of Care Clinical Audit. Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff and oversee the direct work being undertaken by the team The Trust is required to work in line with the Governments UK Visa and Immigration Rules and Regulations.
