• Professional Qualification (Mental Health) to degree level or equivalent
• Maintains current registration with the NMC or equivalent registration
• Practice based educator qualification or equivalent (or prepared to undertake training)
• Further specialist knowledge/post registration experience in specific service area or other formal training., Demonstrate continued professional development to maintain professional registration
• Evidence of post registration/specialist qualification in specific service area or other formal training, Ability to work as part of an MDT
• Good skills in assessment, intervention and evaluation of service users care
• IT skills
• Ability to prioritise work
• Interpersonal skills
• Clinical supervision skills, Working within a mental health clinical setting
• Specialist and area specific experience.
• Demonstrates satisfactory clinical expertise for the banding., The ability to deal with and resolve conflict
• Experience of working within adult community setting, Knowledge and understanding of current legislation and understanding of clinical risk assessments

  The LMHTs provide mental health services for adults across Nottinghamshire.
We help patients and their families cope with periods of severe mental illness and assess, plan and implement a personalised path of recovery. Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
