An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time qualified member of staff to join the team at the Mental Health Advice, Support and Access team at Just One Number.

The Mental health Advice, Support and Access, has been at the forefront of changing the Mental Health provision across Norfolk and Waveney - we are just getting going and we are looking for a new Mental Health Professional to join us!
Please note that this is a non-patient facing role, allowing you to develop your triaging skills and your local knowledge of mental health services, and using digital resources to support young people to the right service at the right time., The post holder will be a registered practitioner and provide a high level of clinical expertise to allow the triaging and accessing of mental health referrals for children, adolescents, and young people (0-25) within Norfolk and Waveney at the Single Point of Access - Just One Number (JON). They will also provide advice, guidance, and support to people with mental health care needs via telephone and other forms of digital technology.
