34 hours per week, 52 weeks

£27,994 - £29,856 per annum pro rata

 

We are looking for a skilled professional with recent experience of working in youth mental health, ideally in an education setting or experience of teaching young people under the age of 25.

 

Key aspects of the role include working with a wide variety of professional both internal and external to the College to support students. The role also includes attending multi agency planning meetings with agencies such as NSFT to devise and implement collaborative actions plans to support learners to access their education.

 

We are looking for an excellent communicator, with experience of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plan), who will liaise with the team, support colleagues and take a leading role in working with partners on a multi-agency basis.

You will need to have excellent organisational skills as this role demands high levels of coordination, attention to detail and record keeping. There will be some evening work.
