Full Job Description
- Creating authentic designs from research and concept presentations through to the final product alongside the CEO.
- Focusing on enhancing the details, fabrication and construction of timeless silhouettes and co-ords, ensuring everything is truly original and tasteful
- Create technical drawings and specifications for production
- Manage sourcing requests to suppliers i.e., fabric and trim
- Managing the organisation of the fabric and trim library
- Partner with Production and Product Development on supplier allocation, costing obstacles, and quality adherence.
- Attend weekly fit sessions, giving input into design details whilst assisting the garment technologists with any CADs needed on the back of changes for fit comments
- Preparing monthly release CAD boards for display
- Preparing design and sign-off meeting note packs
- Undertake and compile competitor shop reports and seasonal/monthly trend reports

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Confident using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Completed Fashion Design qualification (degree level)
- Experience working for/with high-end tasteful retailers
- Exceptional levels of taste and aesthetic judgement
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- Willingness and flexibility to adapt ways of working to meet brand requirements and deadlines
- A confident individual with the ability to present work individually to a wider team
