Membership Sales Advisor - Fort Dunlop, Birmingham

An exciting opportunity to work for Anytime Fitness in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham! This fitness opportunity in is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to many more clubs.

• Are you passionate about sales and retention?
If you answered yes to all the above then we have the perfect role for you. As a Membership Sales Advisor you will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club. Daily Duties
• Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email and face to face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members
• Conducting tours and gym inductions
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
• Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI's and initiatives throughout the club
• Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system Be front facing for any member enquires
  
  Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry
• Level 2 Gym Instructor (preferred but not essential)
