To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Membership Sales Advisor to join our Team. As a Membership Sales Advisor in our Serco Leisure team, you'll play a key role in driving membership growth while delivering a welcoming, engaging experience for every visitor. Your work will help create a thriving, active community and support healthier lifestyles. You'll be at the heart of the centre's success, building relationships, promoting services, and helping people take their first steps towards a more active future. From engaging with local businesses to delivering great tours and conversations, your work will directly contribute to positive impact in the community. What you'll do as a Membership Sales Advisor You'll be entrusted to:
- Generate new sales leads through outreach to local businesses, groups, and communities
- Promote and sell memberships, health and fitness services, and swimming lessons
- Deliver engaging tours of the facility to prospective members
- Manage incoming and outgoing sales calls and enquiries
- Create and support marketing activity, including social media content
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets
- Support the delivery of campaigns and promotions across the centre Does this sound like you? You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 plus excellent benefits Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota, Monday to Friday with varied shifts finishing no later than 8pm, plus occasional weekend shifts which are typically 8am to 4pm,
