Membership Advisor - Cockermouth Leisure Centre - Cockermouth, Cumbria

We're looking for enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Membership Consultants to join our team across the Everyone Active Cumberland Contract. What you'll be doing As a Membership Consultant, you'll be responsible for helping local people begin their health and wellbeing journey by:

• Welcoming prospective members into our centres and delivering engaging show rounds.
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending the membership that's right for them.
• Following up enquiries through phone calls, emails and digital channels.
• Building relationships with prospects and converting enquiries into memberships.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Promoting Everyone Active's services, swimming lessons, fitness programmes and wellbeing products.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to joining.
  
  You'll be someone who:
• Loves talking to people and building relationships.
• Is motivated by achieving goals and delivering results.
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is confident using IT systems and managing customer enquiries.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Brings a positive attitude, resilience and enthusiasm every day.
Sales experience is beneficial but not essential-we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
