It's all in the detail. From a meeting for 6 guests to a 200 cover wedding it's all in the detail and you make it happen.

We create memories that our guests never forget. At Malmaison we always go above and beyond the expectations and as a M&E Team Member you will be the face of the business, looking after the guests every need from the minute they step foot in the hotel.

Experience in a similar role is beneficial but a smile and personality is an absolute must.
