Full Job Description
Are you a motivated Pharmacy Technician looking to develop your career in medicines optimisation and patient safety? Join our friendly and supportive Medicines Management team, where you will play an important role in helping ensure medicines are used safely and effectively across our community services., In this role, you will support the effective delivery of medicines optimisation across community services. You will help maintain accurate records, monitor data to highlight trends or risks, and quality improvement work that supports safe and consistent practice.
Working closely with pharmacists and wider teams, you will provide practical support across a range of medicines governance activities, responding to queries within your competence and ensuring processes are followed in line with policies and guidance. You will also contribute to training and supporting colleagues, helping to promote good practice across services.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively. You will be confident using data, able to identify when to escalate issues, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism in everything you do.
