Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician - Neurodiversity Service

Community Division: 1. Responsible for reviewing and closing medicines related incidents that do not require clinical input 2. Monitor incident trends and generate reports for divisional governance under supervision of Senior Technician 3. Carry out pill school clinics under the direction of Lead Pharmacist and Senior Technician 4. Support the senior technician in medicines initialisation clinic counselling session 5. Supporting prescription management team with the queries escalating to clinical staff when required 6. Working closely with PCO to inform patients of prescription pathway and improve communication 7. Maintain data analytics of prescriptions 8. Liaising with community pharmacies around prescription issues 9. Supporting admin team in phone queries relating to prescriptions escalating to clinical staff when required 10. Under the supervision of senior technician develop and run medication workshops for ND team and patients/parent groups 11. Support in developing and maintaining
