Full Job Description
To support the Division with maintenance of junior doctor rotas, ensuring these are compliant with the terms and conditions of the junior doctor contracts. Ensure that short and long term rota gaps are filled by sourcing locums., This list is not exhaustive, please refer to the full job description: 1. Book locum doctors as necessary, using internal and external agencies. 2. Update swapping of shifts on the medical rotas, ensuring that they are still compliant with the terms and conditions of the contract. 3. Update rotas at each rotation with new intake. 4. Manage leave entitlements for all junior doctors. 5. Update GoodShape with doctors and line managers information at each rotation. 6. Receive reports of absence and arrange cover if necessary.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's C or above., Experience of working in a hospital environment Desirable criteria
- Previous rota management experience.
