Medical Secretary - Band 4

You will be working within an Admin Team providing an efficient and comprehensive administrative support to Consultants and managers with the Community Learning Disabilities Service. The post holder will be expected to manage Consultants caseload as well line management of band 2 and 3 members of the team. We are seeking applicants with secretarial or similar experience to provide a comprehensive secretarial service to Community Consultant. Psychiatrists and clinical teams., The Job Role: You will act as the first point of contact for the service responding to internal and external enquiries, working unsupervised on aday-to-day basis with a need to exercise judgement and resolve problems using initiative. You'll manage a range of duties, including diarymanagement, and organise workloads to meet deadlines.
