determination and our passion for transforming the patient experi, As a Medical Secretary at Chelston Hall Surgery, you will join a dynamic team to enhance the philosophy of integrated multi-disciplinary working. Serving around 18,500 patients, the practice aims to improve primary care access, outcomes, and patient experience. Key responsibilities include providing secretarial services, handling phone inquiries, maintaining liaison with agencies, preparing letters and reports, updating medical records, managing referral systems, and offering admin support. Ideal candidates possess audio typing skills, secretarial studies or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, healthcare environment experience, data protection knowledge, problem-solving skills, and professional phone handling. Desirable attributes include knowledge of NHS clinical systems, dictation software, and GP system software like EMIS.
