What you will bring to the role



  • We are looking for a team player who can work to a high professional standard to join the Diabetes admin team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely production of clinic letters.

  • Cancelling/rebooking clinics as and when required.

  • Handling patient enquiries by telephone, email or in person.

  • Arrange and prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and circulate.

  • Liaise with staff, patients and other organisations.

  • General adhoc administrative tasks as required.

  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post.

  • Changing/booking appointments as required.

  • Assisting with the accurate recording of Diabetes technology.

  • The post holder would be required to support the Diabetes Limb Salvage Service MDT.
