Spire Bushey Hospital is one of North London and Hertfordshire's leading private hospitals, with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatment. Spire Bushey Hospital forms part of a 4 site portfolio, and is supported by and works alongside Spire Bushey Diagnostic Centre, Elstree Cancer Centre and Spire Pathology Centre. Our theatre team cover a wide variety of specialties including Ortho, Bariatric, General, Gyane, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Ophthalmics, Spinal. • Preparing and tracking patient records for outpatient, pre-assessment, and admissions clinics
• Organising, filing, and securely storing medical records, including archiving
• Responding promptly to requests for records and information
• Managing data input accurately and efficiently
• Handling general administrative duties such as telephone enquiries and photocopying
• Transporting records between departments as required
• Maintaining strict compliance with data protection regulations
  
  Experience in a healthcare administration or medical records environment (desirable)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities in a busy setting
• Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable with the physical nature of handling and moving records
