Medical Director for Place / Directorate - Redbridge

These are brandnew roles, created to ensure that medical leadership is fully embedded in placebased and corporate decisionmaking, and that doctors are supported, heard and able to shape the future of care for our communities. As a Medical Director for Place / Directorate - Redbridge, you will provide visible, inclusive and valuesled leadership across mental health, community physical health and childrens services within your locality. You will work in close partnership with Integrated Care Directors and senior clinical leaders, while also being a core member of the Chief Medical Officers Leadership Team and the Wider Executive Management Team. The role is designed to enable meaningful leadership impact. Dedicated leadership time is formally recognised within the job plan, alongside the opportunity to continue clinical work within the organisation.
