Medical Director

As a member of the Executive Team, you will provide strategic leadership for clinical services, quality, patient safety and professional standards, ensuring our services remain safe, effective and focused on the needs of patients and communities. Working closely with the Board, clinical leaders, practices and partners across the health and care system, you will influence the development of new models of care, strengthen clinical governance, support workforce development and help deliver our ambition of providing accessible, compassionate care closer to home. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic influence with meaningful impact, helping to shape services that improve outcomes for local people while supporting the sustainability and resilience of primary care., As Medical Director, you will provide visible clinical leadership across the organisation, ensuring high standards of quality, patient safety and professional practice. You will work closely with colleagues and partners to shape strategy, support service improvement and drive the development of innovative models of care that meet the needs of the population we serve. You will play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, supporting organisational learning, developing the future clinical workforce and fostering a culture where colleagues feel empowered to speak up, learn and continuously improve.
