Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Medical Affairs planning, development, and execution for client projects, acting as the primary liaison between Syneos Health and the client. You will shape strategy, inform launch plans, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver integrated Medical Affairs solutions. You will manage an internal P&L and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships. This position blends leadership, enterprise thinking, and strategic influence to drive client success and patient impact. Pay / Benefits

  • Serve as the main client contact for Medical Affairs project work across Syneos internal units Lead development and evolution of Medical Affairs strategy with the broader team Oversee execution, timelines, and budget with quality and fiscal discipline Monitor progress across Medical Affairs activities and report to a cross-functional core team Anticipate client needs and develop effective solutions Lead weekly sub-team meetings to track status and milestones Collaborate with Market Access, Commercial Leads, and PMO to manage scope and delivery Provide direction for vendor partners when applicable Prepare senior leadership presentations and training as needed Tasks Bachelor Master preferred MD, PharmD or PhD preferred Proven leadership in a complex, matrixed environment Ability to translate medical and financial data into actionable strategies Launch experience across multiple pharmaceutical/therapeutic areas; global launch experience a plus Strong commercial acumen, strategic and tactical planning Relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration Excellent project management, written and verbal communication Emotional intelligence and change leadership Ability to work in a similar time zone to the client and travel as needed Key requirements
