Full Job Description
To provide an effective, comprehensive and confidential patient-centred clinical administration and secretarial service within the Division of Medicine, encompassing booking outpatient clinics and all administration tasks related to these clinics., Working within the Division of Medicine and also the Rheumatology Fracture Liaison Service based at James Paget Hospital, which is part of the wider Rheumatology team.
Offering the highest standards of customer care to patients and other service users.
Adhering to departmental guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and the Trust's Values and Behaviours.
Delivering a high quality, efficient and responsive administration service, in accordance with National Guidelines.
