Work toward a Level 3 Mechatronics qualification, attending NWTC on block release, then day release for training and Further Education. 1st year 20 weeks block return to employer and continue on day release, 2nd year 10 weeks block return to employer and continue on day release. 3rd year 10 weeks block return to employer.4th year On the job - EPA.
