Introduction
Inlex Locking Ltd are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Maintenance Apprentice. You will work alongside fully qualified engineers and gain hands-on experience. You will learn how to identify the root causes of faults, assist with breakdowns and repairs, carry out routine maintenance, and much more.

These advanced products are applied by robotic and bespoke automated equipment, involving state-of-the-art technology.
What You'll Do
During this time you will learn:
- To ensure equipment availability is in line with department targets
- To engage in root cause analysis of repeat / major breakdowns and provide reports with suggested improvement
- To ensure Health, safety and environmental procedures are followed during electrical activities
- Attend training when required and adhere to Anochrome Group standards
- To facilitate the PPM schedules and recommend improvements
- To apply 5's methodology in work areas and the wider factory
Training Outcome
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a full-time position available as a Maintenance Engineer
