Full Job Description

Lead and support mechatronic design activities for antenna subsystems and components.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems effectively.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to full production.
Conduct design validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure performance and reliability.
Participate in design reviews and provide engineering recommendations for product improvement.

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Hands-on experience with antenna or RF systems (essential).
Knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and control systems design.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

You will play a key role in the development and production of antenna subsystems and components, ensuring design integration and performance throughout prototype and production stages.
